Wow this month is crazy! We are calling daycares, changing doctors, going to baby classes, having showers, preparing the baby’s room and more that I can’t think of right now.
We attended our first baby class last week - breast feeding and postpartum. I wish I could have recorded Anson’s reactions not to the class but the facility we were at. It was held at a yoga studio that requires you to take off your shoes before you enter the facility. Anson was a fish out of water - the relaxing music and warm atmosphere had him over heated and bug eyed for the first few moments. But the class it’s self was very informative. Next on the agenda is The Natural Rhythm of Labor. Oh boy!
We went to Sioux City last weekend for National Guard drill. While Anson worked I made my way to many stores and it is sooo difficult to stay out of the baby section. I had to buy a little outfit that reminds me of a little Anson soldier.
We also found out this week that Anson’s brother and wife are having a baby girl in July. Congrats to them and can’t wait for the little ones to play together!
