So the Journey begings

Welcome to our blog to share the crazy journey into parenthood! It still doesn't seem real that there is a developing baby in me, but I'm sure that will come soon enough.
I'm currently 13 weeks and so it wasn't too long ago (Sept 12) a took the pee test three times and each one came back prego. So next step to the doctor. Well, actually I thought it would be a good idea to let Anson know first. So, I went into the garage, his favorite place, hmmm...no Anson - so around the corner to the side of the house - and ironically he was taking a whiz as well. I told him "I just took a pee too and it came back positive, bet yours can't do that" Of course he was shocked, excited, happy and all the other emotions you have when you realize your life is about to change completely.
So to the doc I went at 8 weeks - I had an ultrasound at that time to determine the due date which is May 16.
The ultrasound pics are difficult to make out since they are a scan of the original. It basically looks like a blob hopefully the next ultrasounds pics ar better.
